EXIM Hírek

EXIM Hungary course for master’s students at Corvinus University of Budapest re-launched

As in previous years, we have once again launched our course titled “Export and Corporate Finance in Practice” at Corvinus University of Budapest. The English-language course, which has been running successfully for several years, offers master’s students the opportunity to expand their knowledge through practical insights provided by EXIM experts and guest lecturers.

The primary objective of this compulsory elective course offered by the Institute of Economics is to provide a comprehensive overview of the practical aspects of export financing and corporate finance. In addition to our expert, lecturers from the Ministry for National Economy and other guest speakers will also participate in the program. Students will thus gain insight from multiple perspectives into, among other areas, the institutional framework and strategic directions of Hungarian export promotion; the role of export credit agencies; risk management methodologies and models; the specifics of project financing; current issues in trade finance and corporate receivables management in practice.

For our institutional pair, training future financial and economic professionals and strengthening ties with higher education are of paramount importance. Our long-standing collaboration with Corvinus University of Budapest allows us to directly share the latest professional knowledge and the experience we have gained through our day-to-day operations with students. Our unique expertise in export financing, international market entry support and innovative and sustainable financial solutions provides real, practical value to students.
