EXIM Hungary repeatedly awarded the Family-Friendly Workplace Certification Mark and for the first time this year, the Well-being at Work Certificate

Following multiple rounds of audits, our measures to support the well-being of our employees and their work-life balance were once again recognized with the Family-Friendly Workplace Certification Mark, and we also received the Well-being at Work Certificate for the first time this year.

The Family-Friendly Workplace certification is granted for two years, confirming our institution’s commitment to a people-centred, family-friendly corporate culture. Our wide range of family- and employee-friendly measures were instrumental in earning this title.

This year, for the first time, we also received the Well-being at Work Certificate, which recognizes activities that promote the physical, mental and spiritual well-being of employees in addition to the Family-Friendly Workplace certification. To obtain the certificate, we successfully met strict criteria that focus on work-life balance, organizational culture and employee health. Both awards are important feedback for us that we are on the right track in creating a people-centred, health-conscious workplace environment.

The Family-Friendly Workplace Certification Mark was established in 2019 with the aim of supporting domestic companies in strengthening their family-friendly approach and giving them the opportunity to formally express their commitment to creating a family-centred workplace.
