Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund
The Three Seas Initiative is a joint representation of 12 European Union member states situated between the Baltic, Adriatic and Black seas. The Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund was created to offset the differences in the development of individual regions of the European Union is an investment vehicle to finance key infrastructure projects in the Three Seas region, primarily by investing in the transport, energy and digital infrastructure sectors. The Fund is registered under Luxembourg law and current investors include financial institutions from Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Slovenia. EXIM joined the fund in December 2020 with a capital commitment of €20 million.
