EXIM Hungary has been recognised “Bond Issuer of the Year” for the third consecutive year at the Best of the Budapest Stock Exchange Awards

In 2026, our institution once again won the title of “Bank Bond Issuer of the Year” at the Best of BSE Awards. The prestigious award is granted to outstanding players in the domestic capital market based on their performance. The award was presented to EXIM Hungary at a gala ceremony held at the Budapest Stock Exchange headquarters. Our institutional pair was represented at the gala by Sándor Ladányi, our Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Ákos Dölle, our Head of Treasury.

Established more than 25 years ago, the Best of BSE Awards aim to recognize the achievements of key players in the capital market and to strengthen the transparency and development of the domestic money and capital markets. At this year’s event, where Mihály Varga, Governor of the Hungarian National Bank; Péter Csányi, CEO of OTP Bank and Tibor Tóth, CEO of the Budapest Stock Exchange delivered speeches, 22 awards were presented across 18 categories.

The “Bank Bond Issuer of the Year” award was granted in recognition of our performance in 2025: during the year, we issued publicly traded bonds with a face value of more than 697 billion HUF, through 22 successful auctions, with the participation of four underwriters. The award is the result of balanced and high-level investor confidence, a stable funding strategy and close cooperation with our internal teams and market partners. As an active player in the domestic money and capital markets, our goal is to further expand domestic financing opportunities through predictable fundraising and to support the development and international expansion of Hungarian businesses with competitive products. We consider this recognition to be important feedback, as it reflects a high level of market confidence in EXIM Hungary.
