EXIM reaching a new milestone: applications accepted under the Sándor Demján Program exceed HUF 500 billion
Thanks to unflagging interest, EXIM Hungary’s Sándor Demján Program has received loan applications exceeding HUF 500 billion. This means that less than HUF 100 billion remains available to companies from the favourable financing opportunities until the expanded HUF 600 billion budget is exhausted. EXIM’s goal remains to provide meaningful assistance to both companies producing for foreign markets and those focusing on the domestic market in the spirit of competitiveness and sustainability.
Since its launch in January, EXIM Hungary has accepted applications from more than 700 domestic companies for one of the new financing options announced under the Sándor Demján Program, totalling HUF 520 billion. There is significant demand for EXIM’s wide range of products: the most popular products are once again working capital loans, which account for 48% of the accepted transaction volume, followed by investment loans at 42% and leasing arrangements at 10%. The sectoral distribution of applicant companies also reflects diversity: the most active sectors include manufacturing with 29%, real estate development and construction with 25%, and trade with 19%. EXIM Hungary is continuously working on processing applications and cooperating with its financial partners to ensure rapid assessment. Of the accepted applications, 54% are for HUF-based and 46% for Euro-based financing.
“There is continuous interest in the schemes launched under the Sándor Demján Program, which shows that domestic businesses really need stable, predictable sources of funding with favourable terms. We are particularly pleased that we have been able to provide support to more than 700 businesses and have helped launch numerous new developments and investments through the program. Our primary goal is to get these funds to businesses as quickly as possible through our fast, transparent and customer-oriented processes. In addition, we encourage all domestic small, medium and large companies to take advantage of the opportunities that are still available,” said Dr Adrienn Berta, CEO of EXIM Hungary, commenting on the popularity of the products.
In the case of EXIM products announced under the Program, a total of HUF 80 billion is still available to businesses. All products have fixed interest rates, offer predictable terms and conditions for businesses, and can be used to achieve a wide range of business goals, from investments and green developments to foreign market expansion.
The Sándor Demján Program effectively contributes to the implementation of the business plans of Hungarian companies both domestically and abroad. The Program offers targeted, transparent financing and support options tailored to the actual needs of businesses, providing solutions to the challenges faced by companies in Hungary and strengthening the market position of Hungarian small and medium-sized enterprises in the long term.zított finanszírozási, illetve támogatási lehetőségek által kínál megoldásokat a hazai cégek kihívásaira, valamint hosszú távon erősíti a magyar kis- és középvállalkozások piaci pozícióját.
