Our green practices in the spotlight – participation at an international conference

EXIM Hírek

EXIM Hungary delivered a presentation at the Climatters 2025 – Energy Policies and the National Sovereignty in a Changing World international conference organized by the Climate Policy Institute of the Mathias Corvinus Collegium.  Our institution was represented at the event by Ádám Csécsei, Deputy Director of our ESG and Sustainability Affairs Centre, who provided insight into our operational practices with his presentation entitled “Green Financing – EXIM’s Green Practices.”

In his presentation, Ádám Csécsei showed how we support sustainable economic growth and the green transition through our green financing efforts. Our Deputy Director highlighted that responsible lending, decision-making based on ESG principles, and financing investments that prioritize environmental and social considerations not only strengthen the competitiveness of companies, but also the long-term economic stability of Hungary.

The Climatters 2025 conference was organized by the Climate Policy Institute of Mathias Corvinus Collegium with the aim of creating a dialogue between decision-makers, experts, corporate actors and innovators on the current challenges of sustainability. The event focused on energy sovereignty, green innovation and the role of local expertise in the context of global change. With the cooperation of Ludovika University and the support of the Ministry of Energy, the program featured presentations, panel discussions, and exhibitions on various topics, facilitating the exchange of experiences and joint thinking among the participants for a more sustainable future.
