The capital, interest and fee payment obligations of debtors arising from credit, loan or financial lease contracts falling within the scope of the provisions on payment moratorium - pursuant to Government Decree 47/2020 (18 March) on immediate measures necessary for alleviating the effects of the coronavirus pandemic on national economy and in accordance with
Government Decree No. 62/2020. (24 March) promulgated on 24 March 2020, laying down the details and technical provisions - shall be automatically suspended, unless you do not wish to be included in the payment moratorium.
In case you do not wish to avail of the moratorium provided for in the Government Decree, i.e. you wish to fully comply with your payment obligations in compliance with the repayment schedule set down in your credit line contract concluded with Eximbank Plc., please indicate your request in writing to your contact person or at the address: email@example.com. Please be informed that you can modify your request at any time until the expiry date laid down in the Government Decree, thus you can also avail yourself of the payment moratorium later in accordance with the conditions and with the deadline laid down in the Government Decree.
